Our factory has two factory areas, covering an area of nearly 60000 square meters, with 5 professional walnut production lines, including screening, removing small walnuts, removing impurities through wind, blowing empty shells, manual selection by the quality inspection platform, and automatic weighing machine.
There are three professional walnut kernel production lines, including raw material loading, air separation to remove impurities, color selection to remove discolored particles and impurities, manual selection by the quality inspection platform, X-ray machine to remove malignant impurities (such as stones, metals, silicone, etc.), grading and screening machine, automatic weighing machine, automatic vacuum machine, and automatic sealing machine, to ensure product quality.
Foreign investors have learned that our factory has exported over 5000 tons of walnuts since the launch of new products in September 2022. Walnut kernels can be packaged in 2 containers per day, and walnuts can be packaged in 3 containers per day. We have over 30 years of export experience.
