Hebei Luhua Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd. is a large-scale walnut kernel processing factory, which has been focusing on the walnut kernel export industry since 1996 and established a foreign trade company in 2021. The factory covers an area of 50000 square meters, has a standardized production workshop, a BRC food safety certification enterprise, and has multiple professional production lines. It can produce various specifications of walnut kernels and walnuts, with a daily output of up to 50 tons.
It has a 1000-ton large-scale cold storage with perfect freshness and guaranteed supply throughout the year. The annual export volume is 8000 tons.
Luhua Walnut has more than 500 walnut kernel peeling workers, and adopts advanced production equipment at home and abroad to solve the problem from shell breaking to packaging in a one-stop manner, ensuring that the walnut kernels are fresh, with high integrity, and small damage. After being cleaned by air separation equipment, color separation equipment is graded, and high-precision color separation machines are unified to further remove impurities.
Professional infrared light separation machines are used to select fine impurities, and professional X-ray separation equipment is used to finely remove malignant impurities, Manual re inspection and accurate control, automatic weighing machine for accurate weighing, automatic packaging machine for delicate packaging, achieving complete particles, uniform color, and ensuring quality.Since its inception, the company has been aiming to develop the dried walnut fruit industry in China, developing a 30000 mu planting base with partners.
There are three factories in Xinjiang, Hebei, and Yunnan, with an annual output of over 8000 tons. Each walnut fruit is carefully processed and exported to overseas markets such as Central and Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia.
